I’m a researcher, educator, and coach with a lifelong commitment to well-being in all its forms. My work is shaped by an interdisciplinary background in health sciences, human ecology, and organizational development—and driven by a desire to help people feel more empowered, connected, and whole.

Through the 3W Project, I create spaces for women to explore their financial lives honestly and intentionally, building clarity, confidence, and a sense of agency. I also work with leaders and organizations to design strategies, workplaces, and cultures supporting lasting well-being.

This work is deeply personal. My experiences have taught me how essential well-being is—especially in moments of transition, challenge, and change.

I believe well-being is not a luxury—it’s a foundation. And I’m here to help build it, one person, one practice, and one project at a time.
