3W Project
The 3W Project is a mission-driven initiative focused on advancing financial well-being for women by integrating Wisdom, Well-being, and Wealth—the three “Ws” that form its foundation.
At its core, the 3W Project believes that financial health is not separate from personal well-being—it’s deeply connected to how we live, care for ourselves and others, make decisions, and envision our futures. Too often, financial education focuses only on numbers and budgets. The 3W Project takes a more holistic, human-centered approach, blending practical financial strategies with self-reflection, values-based decision-making, and well-being practices.
Through workshops, coaching, storytelling, and research-informed frameworks, the 3W Project creates supportive spaces where women can reflect on their money stories, build financial confidence, explore the emotional and cultural influences that shape their financial behavior, and learn to align their finances with what matters most.

The 3W Pillars of Stability
In architecture, a structure with three legs or columns forms the most stable base—able to stand firm, even on uneven ground. The same principle applies to personal growth and empowerment. Three pillars offer balance without overwhelm, representing just enough support to create strength, clarity, and resilience. In the 3W Project, the pillars of Wisdom, Well-being, and Wealth form a dynamic foundation. Together, they support women in leading lives of purpose, alignment, and agency.
1. Wisdom
The pillar of discernment, lived experience, and self-awareness
Wisdom represents the internal compass that guides decision-making.
It is the ability to pause, reflect, and act with intention—especially when navigating life’s complexities.
In the 3W Project, wisdom anchors the journey. It asks: What do I know about myself, my values, and what truly matters?
2. Well-being
The pillar of resilience, vitality, and connection
Well-being is the state of ‘being aligned’—emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
It enables women to thrive, not just survive, by creating supportive environments and practices.
In the 3W Project, well-being reinforces the idea that we cannot separate how we feel from how we function. It asks: How do I care for myself in a way that supports my capacity to live fully?
3. Wealth
The pillar of resources, access, and financial agency
Wealth is not just about money—it is about having the means to make choices, support others, and shape our futures.
Financial well-being becomes a tool for empowerment and legacy, not just security.
In the 3W Project, wealth breaks silence and stigma. It asks: How do I use money as a tool for strength, stewardship, and possibility?
